“Garden. The party” is the new nightlife experience in the Capital, a trend that over the past few months has seduced Rome with a smart, radical and chic concept. The call is aimed at young adults, working moms and working dads: finger food and dancing as of 8 pm, and straight to bed by midnight.
The time has come for us too to re-establish and re-brand fun, untying it from its stereotypes. The three angels of the night are Daniele Greco, DJ (NU Disco), Max Viola (formerly Videomusic), e Lorenzo D’Elia (Gucci): “What sets this weekly rendezvous apart – explains Greco – is that we anticipate mainstream clubbing hours to those of the aperitivo therefore offering everybody the chance to enjoy a few hours of fun without holding back, including those who have to go to work the next day or those who have families with small children”.
The event is loved by many, including Roman celebrities (the likes of Vittoria Belvedere, Sara Ricci, Isabella Ferrari, Roberta Pitrone, Alessandro Borghi, Giulia Bevilacqua, Daniela Virgilio, Miss Italia Miriam Leone, singer Emma Marrone, etc.), and takes place at Coffee Pot in Trastevere (via del Politeama 12). However, it’s worth keeping an eye on the organizers Instagram accounts: “Before Coffee Pot we were at La Vita, inside La casa del Cinema in Villa Borghese – explains Max Viola – and before that at Hous Garden and in San Saba. Our mission is to transform the stress we all accumulate throughout the day into regenerating energy for the next day, Cinderella style. We chose Tuesdays as a way of offsetting Monday’s strenuous recovery!”
Important note on the music: don’t expect something soft and drowsy, and dress in layers. You will sweat. Daniele Greco’s NU Disco is a hard hitting sensory experience, aimed at inspiring movement in every guest, allowing them to explode into dance.
